The agent wanted to get the most for their client and to do this, means showing the property in its best state possible so we decided to stage the basement lease. This space was amazing to work with! 20 foot soaring ceilings with room filled natural light and a bright white kitchen (my absolute favourite) - this project was such a pleasure to work on. This project was an empty condo freshly painted - one of our favourite types of stages... a blank, fresh canvas for us to create whatever we want. This unit had lots of windows and tons of natural light, so naturally, we went with a bright beautiful pop of colour!
